New Feminized Weed Strains 2022

Our new 2022 strains include four feminized varieties bred to offer a 99.9% chance of emerging as female plants. As a dioecious species, the male and female reproductive organs of cannabis occur on separate plants. Whereas male plants produce pollen sacs and little in the way of terpenes and cannabinoids, female plants bloom resinous flowers loaded with these valuable phytochemicals. These new strains are also all photoperiod cultivars, meaning they require a reduction in light exposure in order to initiate flowering.

Mimosa

Mimosa has it all. At face value, she produces visually stunning flowers displaying shades of dark blue-green, white, and orange—but she’s more than just a pretty face. This sativa-dominant hybrid stems from parent strains Clementine and Purple Punch, and she inherited the very best of their features. She possesses a THC level of 22% and a delicious terpenes profile that delivers flavours of earthiness and sourness. Together, these chemicals converge to produce an energising and uplifting high perfect for the daytime. Thankfully, you won’t run out of buds anytime soon when growing Mimosa. She produces up to 400g/m² indoors and 550g/plant when grown outside. Expect to harvest after a flowering time of 9–10 weeks

Royal Skywalker

Royal Skywalker will send you to space, propelled by a THC level of 25%. Her high quantities of the psychotropic cannabinoid, paired with fruity and peppery terpenes, make for rocket-fuel resin that will keep you elevated for hours at a time. From where does this desirable trait come? We have the genetics of Blueberry and Mazar to thank for this creation. Her high hits both the body and the mind, melting the muscles while inspiring creative thoughts. If you’re after a variety to blaze for increased focus and drive, look no further. What does she offer come harvest time? You can expect a maximum yield of 600g/m² from indoor plants and 600g/plant from those cultivated outdoors.

Watermelon

Watermelon is a thing of beauty. Her gorgeous purple colas are enough to tempt many growers into giving her a go, and that’s before they even discover her THC content of 22% and moreish fruity terpenes. Our breeders harnessed the genetics of Watermelon OG S1 to create this sugary-sweet variety. This strain produces a thick, dense canopy with an abundance of bud sites, and peaks at a height of 200cm outdoors. Make sure you have enough stash jars to house a yield of 450–500g/m² from indoor plants, and up to 500g/plant from their outdoor counterparts.

Blue Gelato

Almost every cannabis lover has heard the name “Gelato”. This legendary variety gained widespread fame thanks to its euphoric effect and mouth-watering taste. Now, RQS breeders have put their own spin on this cultivar by crossing its parent strains—Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies and Sunset Sherbet—with Blueberry. Blue Gelato offers some serious competition with the original; the addition of Blueberry brought some outstanding fruity tastes to the mix. On top of this, her THC level of 23% makes the high even more hard-hitting. Enjoy indoor yields of 550–600g/m² and outdoor harvests of up to 600g/plant.
